Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Business Efficiency Analyst II to drive efficiency across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver solutions that improve member service and operational effectiveness.

Leveraging Lean principles and cross-functional collaboration, you will elicit requirements, define KPIs, and guide end-to-end process improvements with IT and business leaders. This role emphasizes teamwork and stakeholder engagement across the credit union.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current business analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of multiple SDLCs, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of process management techniques.
• Knowledge of project management techniques.
• Ability to quickly analyze information and make recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to manage, develop, and implement technology related projects.
• Ability to work weekends and late nights when needed.
• Ability to interact and communicate with outside vendors.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people.
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with both onshore and offshore vendors

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and interviews with process performers and owners to gather experiential information.
• Partner with the data team to gather quantitative information.
• Lead workshops to document end-to-end processes and pain points for optimization.
• Use Lean principles to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Document to-be processes and implement with leadership.
• Develop success metrics and monitoring procedures for benefits.
• Identify technology gaps and automation opportunities.
