Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, MIS, PM, or closely related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis, system design and integration.
• Prior experience in financial services is a plus.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions.
• IIBA CBAP certification or Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and interviews to map as-is processes.
• Partner with data team to gather quantitative metrics.
• Lead workshops to document end-to-end processes and pain points.
• Use Lean principles to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Document to-be processes and enable implementation.
• Develop success metrics and monitoring procedures.
• Identify technology gaps and automation opportunities.
