Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Process Optimization to drive measurable, data-driven improvements across end-to-end business processes. This role blends Lean Six Sigma, BPM, analytics, and automation to enable scalable performance gains and risk reduction, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise process improvement programs across functions.
• Strong grasp of Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to define and govern enterprise performance frameworks and KPIs.
• Proven track record delivering measurable operational impact.
• Experience evaluating intelligent automation opportunities (AI, RPA, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise performance frameworks with standardized KPIs.
• Own a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs.
• Establish standards for process architecture and future-state design.
• Conduct capacity and demand analysis across workflows.
• Lead improvement initiatives with root-cause analysis and waste identification.
• Quantify benefits including productivity gains and cost avoidance.
• Partner with owners to prioritize opportunities based on value and risk.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and delivery teams to implement improvements.
• Validate post-implementation benefits and pursue continuous optimization.
• Deliver executive dashboards and performance reporting.
• Provide coaching in continuous improvement and flow optimization.
