Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current business analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of multiple SDLCs (Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall).
• Knowledge of process management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Observe and interview process performers to gather as-is information.
• Partner with the data team to collect quantitative data on processes.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to document end-to-end processes and pain points.
• Apply Lean principles to recommend data-driven improvements.
• Document to-be processes and work with leaders to implement.
• Create success metrics and monitoring for improvement benefits.
• Identify gaps and automation opportunities in current processes.
