Job summary

USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union in Rye, NY is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead process improvements across deposit accounts, payments, and marketing initiatives. You will analyze NPS feedback, drive operational efficiency, and partner with IT and marketing to enhance member experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans and tracking metrics.
• Review NPS results to identify trends and drive member experience improvements.
