Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Practitioner II to independently lead site-level and multi-value-stream improvement initiatives that support Parker Lean System deployment. The role applies advanced Lean knowledge, data analysis, and change leadership to reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.

The position requires regular onsite attendance, collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance, and may mentor other Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, Lean, or related environment.
• Experience leading or supporting kaizen events, improvement projects, Lean deployment activities, or cross-functional process improvement initiatives is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System deployment and governance within assigned value streams or sites.
• Drive development and deployment of standard work, 5S/6S, visual management, daily management, and leader standard work.
• Lead kaizen events and structured improvement workshops from planning through sustainment.
• Coach teams in structured problem-solving tools and analyze CI data to drive improvements.
• Establish and maintain CI dashboards, project trackers, and KPIs.
