Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Practitioner II to lead site-level improvement initiatives across value streams. You will apply advanced Lean tools, coach teams, and partner with site leadership to deployment Parker Lean System principles.

You will drive kaizen events, manage projects, and mentor less-experienced practitioners, advancing continuous improvement and safety, productivity, and quality at the Kalamazoo site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, operations or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, Lean, quality, or supply chain.
• Experience leading kaizen events and Lean deployment activities.
• Experience mentoring teams and providing project leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level and multi-value-stream improvement initiatives.
• Drive standard work, 5S/6S, visual management and daily management.
• Lead kaizen events from planning to sustainment.
• Coach team members in structured problem solving (A3, 5-Why, DMAIC).
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and finance to implement improvements.
