Qualifications

• Experience in safety training, SOPs and GMPs.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain high morale and continuous improvement via lean methods.
• Coordinate training to ensure qualified operators and GMP compliance.
• Work with Maintenance to keep equipment up and running.
• Aim for targeted production efficiency and plant-wide performance.
