Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees including training, quality, safety, production and orders.
• Coordinate with Supervisors on other shifts.
• Work with Maintenance on equipment repairs and servicing.
• Schedule shift crews for proper running conditions.
• Ensure HACCP, GMPs, SQF and Food Safety quality system requirements are met.
