Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center as the Reconditioning Manager.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, coaching and succession planning.
• Participate in strategic planning to align with company goals and standards.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies and performance targets.
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
