Carvana is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to supervise the Inspection Center team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high quality vehicle reconditioning. • 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Experience leading and developing teams of associates.
• Proven ability to deliver project milestones and company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Inspection Center.
• Mentor direct reports and develop succession plans through coaching and training.
• Contribute to strategic plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Foster a constructive work environment and Carvana values.
• Recruit, onboard, and train supervisory staff.
• Oversee progression path training and certification processes.
• Provide feedback to leads and associates to drive performance.
