Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a senior operations leader to drive daily plant and distribution activities using Lean Six Sigma. You will guide manufacturing and customer service teams across the US and Mexico, ensuring capacity, quality, and timely commitments.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or similar.
• 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Ability to learn complex systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of plant and distribution using Six Sigma and Lean methods.
• Ensure capacity meets all customer commitments per OPSI plan.
• Drive product quality and Lean initiatives to meet internal metrics.
• Manage a production facility segment to hit targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement changes.
