Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; manage performance and coaching.
• Contribute to strategic plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment aligned with Carvana values.
• Recruit, orient, and train supervisory staff; manage certifications.
• Ensure adequate production capacity and assist with planning.
• Comply with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Provide vision and guidance to meet performance targets and cost objectives.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
