Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any business or related discipline.
Seven plus years in logistics/distribution with five years data interpretation/analysis and two years inventory management.
Five years leadership experience with supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPI performance, manage labor efficiency, and coach leaders.
Oversee training and adherence to policies and standards.
Establish and analyze department reports; present findings to senior management.
Set department and company goals, driving change and growth.
Create KPIs, inventory control processes, and SLA-compliant reporting.
Coordinate with teams, vendors, and customers to sustain supply and adapt to demand.
