Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of materials and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead KPI tracking, labor efficiency, and headcount management for the department.
• Develop lean processes and department KPIs; drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet department and company goals and manage vendor/customer relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
