Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Mississippi seeks a Lean Manufacturing Specialist II to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will implement process improvements, identify cost and lead-time reductions, and evaluate machinery and layouts to boost productivity and safety.

You will deliver weekly Lean training to engineers and operators, present updates to senior management, and coordinate Kaizen events.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in data manipulation and reporting tools including Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with PDCA, DMAIC or 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to document, train and audit lean procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly in-class Lean training to engineers, supervisors, managers and operators.
• Organize and present Lean initiative updates to senior management twice weekly.
• Guide teams in creating and executing improvement documentation such as miniA3s and A3s.
• Develop cost-saving analyses and communicate results to senior management.
• Administer and maintain Lean documentation on SharePoint.
• Organize and facilitate quarterly Lean recognition events across shifts.
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Lean leadership on Kaizen events.
• Lead monthly Lean meetings during evening hours.
