Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret data and documents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of program results based on goals.
• Collect process design data and perform time and motion studies to drive improvements.
• Set up industrial and manufacturing infrastructure and equipment.
• Update process flows, layouts, and work instructions; manage documentation.
• Perform risk assessments to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Review safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Collaborate across functional areas to solve complex problems.
