Hyve Solutions on Olive Branch, MS is seeking a manufacturing/process engineer to lead on-floor technical support and drive continuous improvement for server assembly and rack integration.

You will develop SOPs, PFMEA, and MPIs, manage ECO/ECN/PA, BOMs, and the SFCS system, and perform root cause analyses to improve yield and reduce scrap. Strong collaboration with QE/TE/PM is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and Lean/Six Sigma concepts.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support on the production floor to resolve equipment or process issues.
• Create, validate, and document SOPs for equipment and manpower requirements.
• Develop PFMEA and MPIs for server assembly and rack integration.
• Investigate operational problems to maintain smooth production.
