Hyve Solutions in the United States (Mississippi) is seeking a detail-oriented Trainer to support operations, manufacturing and program teams in delivering on-time training and continuous improvement.

You will measure production quality, refine learning tools, maintain expert knowledge in multiple production areas, and help update SOPs while meeting deadlines. This role requires strong communication, ability to give and receive feedback, and willingness to work across different plants as needed.

Responsibilities

• The Trainer works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants and associates.
• Measures production quality and quantity and applies learning tools to improve both.
• Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments; refines learning tools and techniques.
• Assists in updating SOPs and SOP certification of associates and managers.
• Drives peak and non-peak training plans and ensures timely delivery.
