Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the plant’s profitability and operations for a facility with $60MM-$100MM in annual sales. You will oversee a large team and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic manufacturing background with 7–10 years in manufacturing and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, plus strong communication skills and a record of improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of broad manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage plant profitability by achieving or exceeding annual goals.
• Lead and develop a large team of 8–10 managers, 30–45 salaried staff, and 200–450 production employees.
• Develop and execute short and long-range business plans to achieve plant goals.
• Create and manage the plant operating budget and control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety (OSHA), and EPA environmental regulations and policies.
• Oversee employee relations including union negotiations or maintain a non-union environment.
• Serve as primary contact for customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Seek and implement improvements in plant operations such as SPC and rapid manufacturing.
• Represent the company to the local community and maintain positive PR.
