Responsibilities

• Direct production schedules, staffing, and materials/inventory management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Planning on schedules and improvements.
• Lead supervisors and manufacturing engineers to meet productivity and Lean goals.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards compliance.
• Manage performance evaluations and personnel actions for direct reports.
• Analyze operational results against budget and forecasts.
