Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related areas and equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years’ manufacturing/supervisory experience, preferably in heavy industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations and scheduling to meet production goals.
• Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, and Production Planning on schedules and product concerns.
• Lead Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers to achieve the production schedule and lean initiatives.
