Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in product design, and 2–3 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing. Leadership, CAD expertise, and lean methods are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in product design and development.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in project management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and manufacturing engineering efforts for new and existing products.
• Maintain design responsibility for system designs and product performance.
• Oversee documentation, BOMs, and production transfer.
• Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Coordinate prototypes and supplier components.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (JIT, Kanban, etc.).
