Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive performance on the shop floor. You will mentor supervisors, optimize pack-out operations, and partner with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality products.

You will implement lean initiatives, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and costs while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and improving productivity.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong safety, quality and process improvement focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee pack-out operations and ensure on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials and inventory, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve shop floor and inventory discrepancies.
• Implement quality control standards across the pack-out process.
• Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to cut costs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and metrics.
