Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Lean methods and problem-solving.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and resolve process issues to improve performance, communication and results.
• Facilitate improvement events and projects to eliminate waste and add value for the customer.
• Lead capital planning and implementation of equipment improvements.
• Perform time studies and develop labor standards and standard work.
• Provide IE support to manufacturing on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with estimating, design and manufacturing on manufacturability.
