Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production and manage multiple projects across metal manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot operations, drive improvements, and mentor technicians while collaborating with cross functional teams.

You will apply your knowledge of robotics, PLCs, SPC, and project management to implement automated solutions and cost-effective processes, with a hands-on approach and a focus on timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with metals manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Hands-on with manufacturing equipment when needed.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SPC, risk analysis, and layout.
• Formal PM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement new processes and automation.
• Coordinate with integrators to develop automated solutions.
• Train technicians on equipment and processes.
• Track schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify risks and implement risk reduction plans.
