Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Wisconsin to provide production support and manage several small to mid-size projects, driving continuous improvement and implementing robotic and PLC-based automation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, justify investments, and train technicians on equipment; a BS in Engineering and 2 years’ related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or technical field required (or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with small to medium projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and technical direction to ensure timely implementation of projects.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Guide technicians, train on equipment, and drive continuous improvement.
• Understand capital investments, payback, and standard costs.
