Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive production of precision agriculture products. You will develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and assembly methods, partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve safety and quality, and support new product introductions.

In this role you will apply Lean Manufacturing principles, mentor teams on problem-solving, and participate in capital equipment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field applicable to this position: Production, Manufacturing, Process, Industrial, Electrical and Mechanical.
• Lean Principals understanding is preferred.
• Ability to apply design theory and methodology.
• Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving.
• Proficiency with CAD tools including SolidWorks; MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Represent manufacturing through new product introductions.
• Review and design systems to improve quality, efficiency, ergonomics and safety.
• Provide day-to-day support for production to meet customer requirements; troubleshoot problems.
