Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five+ years of engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with new product introduction, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.
• Knowledge of 3P, PFMEA, and DFMA; understanding of production processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead people, processes, equipment, and continuous improvement to safely manufacture high-quality Ag Leader products.
• Act as Manufacturing liaison for new product development, leading 3P, PFMEA, and DFMA activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity using Lean tools.
• Coordinate production readiness, prototypes to launch, and ramp-up with cross-functional teams.
