Job summary

CNH Industrial seeks a Plant Operations Manager for our Goodfield, IL facility. The role reports to the Plant Manager and ensures effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs.

You will lead the operations team, drive safety, quality, and cost performance, and implement CBS+ continuous improvement across the operation to sustain high performance and collaboration with the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility across multiple manufacturing leadership roles.
• Good communication skills and Lean Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Plant Operations team in the production of machines that exceed customer expectations.
• Accountable for operational performance in People, Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost.
• Utilizes CBS+ methodology to attack efficiency loss and drive continuous improvement of the operation.
• Mentors and coaches first line supervisors and production managers for growth and development.
• Creates and sustains a culture of operational excellence while maintaining strong workforce relationships.
