Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• 1–3 years of related engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD tools: Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or ProE.
• Lean principles knowledge and process-improvement experience.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer and ongoing maintenance of lines.
• Document policies, procedures and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Work with shop floor personnel to optimize layouts, methods and tooling.
