Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of Kaizen and Lean principles.
• Ability to assess health of a department from data and observation.
• Creative problem solving and adaptable leadership approaches.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of team members in the assigned area.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead Lean Kaizen events.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions for the department.
• Perform capacity analysis and determine staffing requirements.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote safety policies and conduct safety investigations.
• Partner with HR to foster inclusive culture.
