Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and eliminate waste; champion Lean Kaizen events.
• Ensure quality standards; coordinate corrective actions and communicate with customers.
• Perform capacity analysis and determine staffing; troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions; ensure process stability.
• Promote and enforce safety policies; conduct safety investigations and audits.
