Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster the development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office functions.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely completion of improvement projects and savings.
• Design equipment layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize utilization.
• Collaborate with site leadership to develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Conduct data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving to address issues.
