Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, Kaizen) to cut waste.
• Develop equipment layouts and maximize plant utilization.
• Oversee capital expenditures including design and vendor selection.
• Create continuous improvement roadmap with site leadership.
• Develop capacity modeling and production planning tools.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and mentor staff.
• Perform data collection and root cause analysis to solve ops issues.
