Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement in a manufacturing facility in the United States. You will identify bottlenecks, reduce WIP, and drive Lean initiatives across production and office functions.

You will mentor operators and technicians, develop capability, and partner with the Operations Manager to advance capacity modeling, time standards, and standard work.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial engineering data collection and practical problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities and value stream mapping to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead standardization and optimization of processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations and track savings.
• Develop detailed project plans, drive performance, and ensure on-time completion of improvement projects.
• Design and plan equipment layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize facility utilization.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
