Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with industrial engineering data collection and practical problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities and standard work to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster professional development of facility leads, supervisors and managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely completion with savings goals.
• Plan equipment layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize utilization.
• Oversee capital expenditures, design, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Site Leadership to map CI roadmap.
• Create capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Perform data collection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving to address issues.
