Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of facility leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time completion with savings goals.
• Collaborate with operations to develop continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide guidance to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Perform data collection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
