Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management).
• Drive value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Coordinate equipment layouts, safety, and capital expenditures.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
