Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead lean initiatives, improve throughput, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions. You will identify bottlenecks, reduce WIP, and guide teams in applying 5S, standard work, and value stream mapping.

The role reports to site leadership, develops capacity plans, creates time standards, and manages equipment layouts and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop capacity modeling and production planning tools.
• Provide leadership to operators and technicians.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage equipment layouts and capital expenditure initiatives.
