Scalable Sourcing is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead site-wide lean initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing and office teams. You will drive bottleneck removal, reduce WIP, and build capability within the workforce.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of IE experience and at least 3 years in leadership. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver cost savings and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Industrial engineering data collection and practical problem solving.
• Experience applying lean methods to improve throughput and productivity.
• Proficiency with LEAN principles and CI methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop and mentor facility Leads, Supervisors and Managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure timely completion with savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts, workflow, and safety measures to maximize utilization.
• Oversee capital expenditures for equipment, including vendor selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to build a continuous improvement roadmap.
