The role emphasizes identifying bottlenecks, reducing WIP, and delivering site-wide improvements, with responsibilities spanning data collection, problem-solving, and capital equipment planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of IE experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D).
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time completion with savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts, workflow, and safety precautions.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to build improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity modeling and production planning tools.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support development.
• Perform data collection and root cause analysis to address issues.
