Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager (Finance) to drive lean manufacturing improvements and capital projects across Texas locations. Travel will be 75–90%, with coordination between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience with lean methods.
- Experience applying lean manufacturing to continuous production operations.
- Quality control/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for significant improvement at regional locations.
- Provide training and mentoring to plant-level teams in lean processes.
- Drive manufacturing process changes with hands-on coordination with teams.
- Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
- Lead plant improvement workshops to address bottlenecks.
- Translate operational needs into project requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate and prioritize capital project proposals with operations teams.
