Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a hands-on manufacturing improvement professional to lead lean initiatives and capital projects across Texas locations. This role emphasizes profitability, throughput, and quality improvements through close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EHS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast or similar.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for significant improvement across regional locations.
• Provide guidance, planning, training and mentoring to plant teams on lean initiatives.
• Drive process changes through active hands-on coordination with plant teams.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
• Lead capital project analyses and ROI evaluations with operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence framework and best practices.
