Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products in Texas seeks an Operational Excellence Manager (Finance) to lead lean manufacturing initiatives and capital improvement projects across multiple Texas locations. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to boost profitability, throughput, and quality while traveling 75-90% to sites.
The role demands self-motivation, strong leadership, and ability to operate in a decentralized, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with precast or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience with capital project business cases and ROI analyses.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and process capabilities.
- Lead plant-level teams to implement lean process improvements and capital investments.
- Provide training on kaizen, 5S, and lean tools and techniques.
- Translate operational needs into project requirements and track ROI.
