Refreshed Tech is seeking a Production Manager to lead refurbishing operations for electronics production lines, ensuring peak efficiency, meeting KPIs, and delivering high-quality refurbished devices.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a track record of improving production throughput in a high-volume environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of production management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of production management experience, preferably in electronics refurbishing or manufacturing.
Experience leading lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.

Responsibilities

Maximize efficiency and productivity by managing daily production schedules and resources.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track production volume, yield, defects, turnaround, and equipment use.
Uphold strict quality control standards across refurbishing processes and collaborate with QA teams.
Drive continuous improvement by reducing waste, streamlining workflows, and adopting new tools or technologies.
Oversee inventory levels of refurbishing parts and supplies to support uninterrupted production.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct routine audits.
