Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Refurbishment Lead to manage end-to-end refurbishment programs across products and regions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant launches, production readiness, and efficient sales. This role supports labeling, packaging, and demand-aligned production planning with 3PL partners.

You will enable continuous process improvements, monitor execution, and drive timely decisions in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects or programs in supply chain, operations, or refurbishment environments.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with influence without formal authority.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating launches, readiness, or lifecycle activities.
• Ability to analyze inventory, demand, and production data for decisions.
• Strong problem-solving with risk and gap identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to operate globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment projects from assessment through launch and steady-state.
• Coordinate with design, business groups, and technical teams for documentation.
• Develop and approve packaging and labeling for refurbished products.
• Plan refurbishment packaging requirements and logistics with warehouses.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to align demand with launches.
• Monitor production plans and address operational issues impacting output.
• Track sales trends to flag spikes, slow-moving inventory, or replenishment needs.
• Drive regular project reviews and report risks and actions to stakeholders.
