Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Refurbishment Lead to manage end-to-end refurbishment programs across products and regions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient launches, production readiness, and sales of refurbished products.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and Excel/Asana proficiency, with opportunities to influence global refurb operations and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair, or a related environment.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and ability to drive actions across teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, products, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating operational launches, production readiness, or product lifecycle activities.
• Ability to analyze inventory, demand, production, and operational data to support business decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and highly cross-functional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools (Asana).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment projects from initial assessment through implementation, launch, and steady-state operations.
• Partner with Design, Business Groups and technical teams to validate product documentation for refurb operations.
• Coordinate compliance labels and product labeling approvals.
• Define and validate packaging requirements for refurbished products.
• Coordinate with internal teams across functions as required.
• Coordinate material planning with refurbishment warehouses and operations teams.
• Coordinate refurbishment production plans with warehouse teams.
• Partner eCommerce teams to align refurbishment production with demand and launch timelines.
• Responsible for planning and coordination of warranty refurb production
• Monitor execution against the production plan and resolve operational issues
• Monitor sales and consumption trends to identify demand spikes or replenishment needs
• Facilitate regular project reviews and communicate status, risks, decisions, and actions
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve refurbishment processes and efficiency
• On site Support for 3PL responsible for Refurb as needed
• Support innovation projects leveraging our Refurb Infrastructure
