Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and coaching teams.
• Interest in data and digital tools, Power BI and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead A3 problem solving, 8D, and VoC initiatives.
• Facilitate Lean workshops (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping).
• Deliver training on Lean tools and quality systems.
• Map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion Power BI dashboards and data analytics.
• Support Master Plan development and KPI reporting.
