We’re leading the charge in leveraging advanced data collection, storage, and processing with Power BI, a centralized datalake, and AI-driven optimization to unlock smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working. If you're ready to combine Lean thinking with cutting-edge digital tools, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

As the need for nuclear energy grows, the future couldn’t be brighter. Join our vital mission to create lasting solutions for our planet’s greatest challenges. In this role, you are ready to shape the future of clean energy and make a long-lasting global impact. With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

As an OPEX Professional, you’ll be a catalyst for change, helping teams in the Installed Base America organization identify inefficiencies, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements. You’ll coach, facilitate, and lead initiatives that drive measurable impact — all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach & Facilitate:
    • Lead A3 problem-solving, FMEA sessions, 8D event resolution, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives.
    • Facilitate Lean workshops (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping) and support “Here & Now” meetings to drive real-time improvements.
  • Train & Empower:
    • Deliver engaging training on Lean tools and quality systems, including Visual Management, Manager in the Field, and more.
  • Drive Digital Transformation:
    • Partner with teams to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and support A3s tied to digital initiatives.
    • Champion the use of Power BI dashboards, data analytics via the US Datalake, and AI agents to uncover insights and streamline operations.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Support annual Master Plan development and track progress on key initiatives.
    • Report on VoC (NPS), Excelle in Quality, FMEA health, and A3 project status.
  • Collaborate Globally:
    • Engage with the global OpEx network to share best practices and align on enterprise-wide improvement strategies.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • A strong foundation in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and coaching teams through change.
  • A passion for data and digital tools — familiarity with Power BI, data lakes, or AI is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $77,000-$116,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
  • Health & Wellness: Multiple medical plan options, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and optional supplemental plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life).
  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
  • Extra Perks: Lifestyle spending account, employer paid mental health support, education reimbursement, professional development opportunities, adoption assistance, parental leave, and employee assistance programs.
